Dr. Perry also serves as the Pediatric Neurology Topic Editor for DynaMed Plus – a web-based platform delivering comprehensive educational resources to medical professionals.

Upcoming course to feature John Honeycutt, M.D.

Medical Director of Neurosurgery and Co-Director of the Jane and John Justin Neurosciences Center at Cook Children's John Honeycutt, M.D., has been invited to speak at the 27th annual Pediatric Neurology Update at Children's National Medical Center in Washington, D.C. Dr. Honeycutt will speak on the surgical management of intractable pediatric movement disorders. Cook Children's remains a leader in pediatric movement disorders management, maintaining the first and largest pediatric deep brain stimulation program in the U.S.

The Jane and John Justin Neurosciences Center is growing to meet the needs of our region. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, Dallas (#3) and Fort Worth (#4) are among a total of five Texas cities listed in the 15 fastest growing large cities and both are listed within the top 15 most populous cities in the country.

The Jane and John Justin Neurosciences Center at Cook Children’s continues to grow our faculty to meet the needs of our patients. In January 2022, we welcomed Lindsey Carnes, Ph.D. as our fourth neuropsychologist.

Texas Pediatric Neuroscience Network Conference March 6-8, 2020

The second annual Texas Pediatric Neuroscience Network Conference will be held March 6-8 at the Driskill Hotel in Austin, Texas.
